Join us for an entertaining free organ concert featuring English organist Gerard Brooks. The City of Adelaide is proud to support our Adelaide UNESCO City of Music designation and provide opportunities for the community to enjoy the grandeur of our magnificent J. W. Walker and Sons pipe organ in the beautiful Adelaide Town Hall.

Gerard first studied the organ with John Webster and was elected Organ Scholar at Lincoln College, Oxford. Further studies led him to be the first organist to win the Stephen Arlen Memorial Award and he was awarded the Première Médaille in organ. Gerard has played with many professional orchestras, among them the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Southbank Sinfonia, the London Pro Arte Orchestra and the BBC Concert Orchestra.
